1. Person you nick - [Fleshas.lt] Umbrella Swarm [x3] 24/7
2. Server- Umbrella swarm x3
3. Cause - Free Ban
4. Evidence (ss or demo) - https://www82.zippyshare.com/v/aW1ifEJn/file.html
5. Player's steamid / ip (REQUIRED!) - His not have steam id
its recentmap and when i get in dm_italy map the demo is not recording and i get banned
