First : when admin gag someone and that guy talks using cheat or anything --> ban length ?

There are no chat cheats, he might be using @ chat thats all or he just got gaged on say and not say_team. Å ypsosi

there is actually a code you can put on consol before the thing you want to write, and it just going to be wrote no problems
