the reason is advertisement(means advertising other servers ) you aint getting unban if you wont upload demo.

for Demo you should go to Ctrike folder than you see Fleshas.lt_Umbrell
as_swarm_x3 than go with this app[url] https://uploadfile
s.io/[/url] than chose in you demo and Uplouad it .
